A graduate capstone project at NYU and ten years of dedicated storytelling in the adaptive sports space before that led to this dream moment: Welcome to Team Dromos!

The only talent management and athlete branding agency in the world that exclusively represents Paralympians and Paralympic hopefuls and supports non-profits in the adaptive sports space. We take pride in the fact that we are not a typical sports agency. We understand the needs and unique challenges of Paralympians and adaptive athletes with years of experience serving in this space. We fight for disability awareness and inclusion. We consult iconic brands to include athletes with a disability in their marketing campaigns, knowing that representation matters and that only 1% of media representation includes disability. We are bold and proud in our approach. We challenge our brand and agency partners  to think outside the box and to do things that has never been done before.

The word "dromos" comes from the word "road" or "journey" in Greek. Our clients are on a unique road to realize their dreams. We are honored to move alongside them and to make an impact on their lives through our work behind the scenes.
